What are we doing ?
Facing many challenges, the entrepreneurs from Africa and South America became specialists in frugal innovation. By meeting them locally, we will be able to see their ingenious alimentary model. Through interviews, specific studies, and by participating to these innovations, we want to evaluate the entrepreneurial potential of those ecosystems.
With the knowledge we will get from those encounters, we will establish a strategic prospective study following the line of the first season:
Between technology and tradition, an evolution towards an ingenious and sustainable agriculture in 2030

What are we looking for ?
During this trip, we want to focus on projects that bring real solutions to food challenges. Thus, we choose the entrepreneurs that we want to meet on a few criteria:
We are searching for innovative projects; innovation can be in the business model as well as in the technical aspects of the project.
These projects should be led by locals, working in the agro-alimentary sector (or in CITs used by farmers).
The objective of this Observatory of Ingenuity is to unveil local existing solutions showing a global potential to tackle food issues.
Thanks to the previous engineers of Jugaaddict, we realized that we have to look at sustainable solutions, which can be developed worldwide.
