One year field trip in Africa and south America
Leaving from France, we chose to meet African entrepreneurs to begin with; We'll first go to Ivory Coast then to Uganda and Tanzania.
Then, we'll continue our trip in South America where we'll meet innovators from Chili and Colombia.
Our last step will be Cuba, where the takeoff of agro-ecology is at the heart of local initiatives.
We chose to compensate our carbon emissions by financing the project of conservation and rehabilitation of the amazonian forest in Peru, led by Pur Project;
Why have we chosen to go there ?
We've chosen the countries with the highest potential for ingenious innovations. This potential we have estimated with few criteria:
- Liberty: Anyone is free to develop its ideas and initiatives. in those countries, the young entrepreneurs are strongly supported by the government.
- Constraints and scarcity of resources: The agricultural sector is strongly constrained (environment, financial resources...)
- Resources: Ingenuity can help to see the resources in this seemingly non-friendly environment.
